How It Works

The problem I want to solve is when someone requires a 3D printed part, I want to be able to provide the service of printing that part. People that experience this problem are dentists, jewelry designers, vets, mechanics, design engineers and product designers that sometimes require many iterations of the same style of part, to name a few. Manufacturing consistent, high-quality components like, dental products, guards and trays, functional rapid prototyping, jewelry casting patterns, castable wax rings jewelry for designers, rapid tooling of molds, master patterns, jigs, fixtures, and other end-use parts.

While having the ability to produce parts made from dental resins and other specialty materials requiring biocompatibility and/or sterilization is good, having the ability to produce parts with a tensile strength of 800 MPa, is better. When a person requires parts, they will send a 3D model of the part to be printed and a purchase order will be created. The job will then be printed right away and shipped when post processing is complete. Turnaround will be fast due to ultrafast printing speeds thanks to technology like LSPc.
